By the way, in this current political season and leading up to the Bejing Olympics, isn’t it curious, my wife asked, how outraged the left wing gets over the abuse of human rights in Tibet, but seems to care less about the same (and worse) butcheries in radical Islamic states, such as Iran. How come?

Pastor Jim's Word for the Week

Ø If there are many ways to God, then Christ died in vain.  Why would the Father send His Son into the world to die for the sins of the world, if religious sincerity were all-sufficient to be accepted with God?  If that is the case, why preach Christ, why evangelize, if in the end it makes no difference which religious path one takes?
