Ø If people give you their word, you hope they will keep it. If God gives you His Word, you can bank on it.

Ø The secret hand of God surely and ever so subtly works out His purposes. Typically His habit is not to make a lot of noise in doing His work. God usually does not crash the gate. More often than not He just slips in the back door and does His thing. Of course, the blind and the deaf never see nor hear a thing, but His work gets done and the fix is in.
