Ø The secret hand of God surely and ever so subtly works out His purposes.  Typically His habit is not to make a lot of noise in doing His work.  God usually does not crash the gate. More often than not He just slips in the back door and does His thing.  Of course, the blind and the deaf never see nor hear a thing, but His work gets done and the fix is in.

Ø If there are many ways to God, then Christ died in vain.  Why would the Father send His Son into the world to die for the sins of the world, if religious sincerity were all-sufficient to be accepted with God?  If that is the case, why preach Christ, why evangelize, if in the end it makes no difference which religious path one takes?
