In 1 Corinthians 15:13-14, the Apostle Paul states, “But if there is no resurrection of the dead, not even Christ has been raised; and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain.” These passages include not only eyewitness accounts, written within a generation of Christ’s resurrection, but an explanation of its historical necessity for our salvation, sanctification, and glorification.
