The Doctrine of the Trinity

Every cult and false religion denies the doctrine of the triune Godhead. Nevertheless, as biblical revelation unfolds, we see this triune nature become progressively revealed. And it is a doctrine derived systematically from the whole of Scripture. Our God is simultaneously three persons, yet one essence. Though the three Members are equal in nature, they are different in function. Thus there is a voluntary hierarchy in the Godhead. In these passages, we will differentiate between the functions of each member of our triune God, yet redline the absolute deity of the Three.

As we study, it will become evident why this doctrinal principle, established through the pages of Scripture and confirmed by the early church fathers, is necessary for our salvation.
